For short-term use on the go, STAUFF offers a robust steel case with a range of tools required for bending and cutting hydraulic pipes and tubes by hand: a combined bending and sawing device, three steel bending rollers and a bending lever. The set is designed for processing steel or stainless steel hydraulic pipes and tubes with an outer diameter of 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm. A standard hacksaw is used for cutting the tube.
The combined pipe and tube bending and sawing device can simply be fastened with a standard vice or attached directly to a workbench worktop with up to 35 mm thickness. The saw blade guide of the retaining fixture ensures a perfect 90° cut.
The case contains three robust bending rollers for processing hydraulic pipes and tubes made of steel or stainless steel with an outer diameter of 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm. The bending contour of the rollers is optimised to ensure that the tube cross-section is not deformed even on smaller bending radii for compact installations. The set also includes a bending lever.
A hint: After bending, the tube springs back a little. So if you want to achieve a perfect right angle, we recommend overbending the tube to 91 or 92°. After springing back, it will then be at precisely 90°.

Hand Deburrer for Tubes by STAUFF
The case also has space for the STAUFF universal internal and external tube deburrer for pipe and tube diameters from 6 to 35 mm. The reamer is not included in the set, but can be purchased separately, as can all components of this convenient repair set in a robust steel case.
After cutting, the inner and outer edges have to be deburred:
This reamer has high-quality cutting edges made of hardened special steel. Tubes with an outer diameter of 6 to 35 mm can be processed manually in a smooth, “chatter-free” process. Deburrers are also available for tubes with an outer diameter from 10 to 54 mm.
Particularly convenient: An adapter for using the device with an electric screwdriver or drill at low speed is available for both sizes.
